June 2001.
St.
Petersburg, Russian Federation. ELVA-1 Millimeter Wave Division
developed and shipped a special version of BWO Generator to
Electronics & Electrical Engineering Laboratory of NIST
(NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STANDARDS & TECHNOLOGY, USA, http://www.nist.gov).
The BWO Generator was developed on a base of serial G4-143x
Generator, which normally works with only one BWO Tube
from the available BWO Tubes
product range. In contrast to the serial equipment, NIST
ordered BWO Generator was developed to work with plug-in BWO
Tube Modules to cover all of the 33 GHz to 170GHz bandwidth
within single device. The BWO Generator will be used in Electronics
& Electrical Engineering Laboratory of NIST for design
and measurements of bolometric power detector. For more details
on special version of G4-143x BWO Generator please download
and read its Operation Manual (PDF, 598KB).
